| And the photo shoot begins! |
![]() |
| Ayane wasn't quite sure how to react when asked to participate in a photo shoot. |
![]() |
| ...But she seemed to warm up to the idea pretty quickly, as long as she proved she was better than Kasumi at it. |
![]() |
| I asked why this was, and she got rather snappy with me. Apparently the two have quite the rivalry going on. |
![]() |
| Surprisingly enough, Ayane is the youngest female competitor in Dead Or Alive at 18 years old. |
![]() |
| Over the course of her career as a ninja, Ayane has climbed the ranks to become the master of the Hajinmon Sect of the Mugen Tenshin ninja clan. |
![]() |
| She didn't divulge the all the details, but in short she intended to prove to everyone that even a hated "cursed child" could become the greatest shinobi. |
![]() |
| A ninja considered a "cursed child" who was hated by her clan and sought to prove herself... Why does that sound familiar...? |
![]() |
| Her expression always seems to go solemn when she thinks about her past. It must have been quite painful for her. |
![]() |
| As a requirement for the photo shoot, Ayane informed me of her measurements. B37", W21", H33". |
![]() |
| A while into the shoot, the topic of Kasumi had come up, who happens to be Ayane's elder half-sister. This made their rivalry rather personal, I imagine. |
![]() |
| I ended up not learning a whole lot about Ayane during the shoot. Everything about her seemed to be tied to some painful experience. |
![]() |
| Perhaps her detached, cynical personality is a direct result of it. She has dealt with a great deal, and even patched things up with Kasumi over the years. |
![]() |
| Though she still sees Kasumi as a rival, and always betters herself in hopes of surpassing her half-sister as a ninja. |
![]() |
| With that, the photo shoot ends. See you next time! |
